Realised I haven't cleared out the dust in my PC for about a year so did that, still occurring. Tried loading the game immediately after having the PC turned off overnight and the glitch still happens. Ran the stress test, here are the results whatever they mean:

Getting the error even at the lowest resolutions. Get it on the menu screen as well oddly.

Couldn't find anyone else who's had a similar problem. Will look for beta driver versions now.

Problem solved
Turns out there was a driver update for certain games, ARma ii needs to be added to the list.
