I had this issue too, and fixed it just a moment ago. In Teamspeak, go into Settings>Options>Playback. Make sure "Always set clients 3D positions when available" is checked. EDIT: It seems that this is only a temporary workaround, as the bug will re-emerge if you die and respawn.
