  1. Could someone shed some light on how exactly military logistics is supposed to work. I've watched a bunch of videos and checked the wiki page out, the logistics module works except the reinforcements spawns in the SW corner of the altis map. It then proceeds to do nothing and just stay out there, if I take a look with ZEUS the units get teleported to the coast and then proceed to move to actual objectives. Vehicles get blown up as they don't take kindly to water. Using execVM "\x\alive\addons\mil_logistics\tests\test_ML.sqf" to manually call for reinforcements works great and they arrive in under 5 minutes. Its just the AI commander that makes a royal mess of things. It calls for the reinforcements, it just never arrives; despite it holding military airbases. I also noticed there's no MIL INSERTION debug info showing up when the AI commander calls reinforcements, is this normal behavior? Picture of SE spawns My mission.sqm Many thanks in advance. *Edit Seems like the first group to spawn moves while the rest sits in the SW corner.
  2. Many thanks. On another note, how would I go about lowering the AI accuracy with MCC? Browsing through the forums here seems to indicate it should adjust based upon the server profile settings. This however does not seem to be the case and using the in-game MCC settings option doesn't seem to have any effect on the AI either. The ai flat out devastates my friends and I, getting consistently 1 hit killed by enemies from half a click away while in cover is not good for morale. I've also thrown VCOMAI at the problem but this does not seem to help for MCC. Running normal pre spawned enemy missions with mcc running in the background results in AI following the profile settings. Spawning units with MCC in any way, like the mission generator creates walking terminators. I'm experiencing the exact same thing with the mission version of MCC. I've literally tried setting the AI accuracy to 0.01 in vcomai, server.profile and the mcc mission init, but we still get 1hk from insane ranges. I've been hammering at this problem for the last few days but have so far run blank. Some help on the problem would be much appreciated. My server.profile: http://pastebin.com/WbKkwHdt With that profile the AI should be pretty horrid, and it is in anything but MCC. Edit* I came across this excellent solution from JayNic. Bit baffled about the lack of documentation regarding these profile changes from Bohemia but at this point I'm just glad to have found something that works.
  3. I've got some problems with using the DELETE function in MCC. Using said function in mp on my dedi causes the server to freeze up. It doesn't actually crash, nor does it give me any errors but all the players are stuck in place and I have to manually kill the process and reboot the server to regain control. I've tested the function in SP with the addon version and that works just fine. Using the addon or mission version on the server causes lockups with using delete. Anything else works fine. I've tried it bare bone with no addons except MCC, also tried running no addons and just the mission file. I'm not sure if something funky is going on with my dedi and mcc, so I'd really appreciate if someone would be able to test this on their dedi and tell me their results. Many thanks in advance, really appreciate the work you've put in MCC. How to reproduce: Spawn a squad. Select the squad and hit delete. This always causes my dedi to lockup. Zeus delete seems to work fine.
  4. Even with the patch the AI is absolutely abysmal and frankly I'm hugely disappointed by the fact this was raised many times during P&C testing. From the looks of it's current state, little to no effort was put into making this better. It will probably get better in the future but I was hoping for a far improved AI when I played the P&C back in April. This is going to hurt the review scores a lot I do reckon.
