how to setup my PBO for tiny config mod?

so I made a micro-mod that edits some soldier configs but I can't figure out how to setup my pbo? How do I structure it and what do I put in $pboprefix$? I tried doing it and my mod would not load. All I have content-wise in my PBO is a config.bin at the moment. -

ArmA2CO servers are getting the shaft with DayZ, I can't find anything without searching for well known missions in the filters menu.. for example "domi, warfare, valhalla". I'm suggesting BIS add a "Exclude" option which would filter out any servers that have text you specify in the server browser. So I can look for regular arma 2 oa servers instead of my list being spammed by a constantly growing list of "DayZ -" servers. -

I like how metalcraze is always there to shove his penis into other peoples opinions. I also hope the controls in ArmA3 arent as linear as they were in ArmA2, I don't need to stop moving to go for my pistol. -

Because nobody likes the current bias as fuck direction they keep sliding towards. -

Its because BIS does not care about OPFOR, every single fucking DLC has been Blufor, PMC are basically blufor. -
Its in RC stage, anything isn't gonna be added only fixed. Everything you see is final.

Do you read before you post? 1. I've only made 1 thread which has been now locked, I fail to see how this is making duplicates. 2. I've only complained twice, your second hyperlink is just me asking for them to include a Exclude option in the server filters menu. I fail to see how waiting is going to get my stripped content back, when this is a release candidate not a beta.

Boo, you loose the default arrowhead CZ models if you upgrade to 1.61, bad move BIS.. -
I think its kind of stupid how I'm being stripped of content I paid for in Arrowhead, no more UN faction? Also I was expecting new maps not slight edits of Chernarus.

If your intended goal is for the playerbase to be satisfied no matter which team they join yes. -
They are adding new voices, for opfor atleast. Because they currently have no Persian voices in the game. No, Takistan does not speak Farsi they speak Dari.

Balance can be anything, such as terrain being balanced in place of iron sighted equipment or for example giving the one faction a slight AA and artillery advantage if they lack air support. If a multiplayer designer does not check these onto his list he is not a very good multiplayer designer. -

Multiplayer is supposed to be based around skill not equipment, anything else isn't fair/not worth playing.
