Well I am doing it on Tropica. Would it not work there ?

Hey everyone, for a while I have been trying to find an ambient African civilian module and I cannot find it anywhere. I am trying to create missions in Africa and the only thing missing is the Ambient African civilians. If someone could make a module for this I would appreciate it greatly Thanks, xrnfna78
