I have been wanting to get a team of 16 well trained tactical players together to play on a warfare server, the AWG to be specific. Anzu, the server owner, would most likely allow us to always be on the same team he is a great guy. The team would always be USMC, I have been doing some research of US military field manuals and so I know standard squad compositions of which we would follow. Anyways I'm not going to blab on, but this is just a snip-it of what it will be like. If you don't like strict rules and being under the command of others until you rank up than this is not for you, also you must have a mic and this will be based in US central timezone although anyone can join as long as they can commit.
