Would make them SLIGHTLY more ethical, but they're still charging for use of that content, so it's still illegal. Yeah, you can put in an application for the server, but I bet you that application is gonna get accepted A LOT faster if you fork over 30 bucks.

No one has ANYTHING to say? About a day has passed and I still haven't found a fix for it, so I really need some assistance.

Hey guys, just bought the ACR DLC, to complete my collection...and having some issues with the installation, meaning: it can't be installed. I think it's quite possible that this issue has been addressed somewhere, but with the recent ArmA-Boom on Steam, it's a pain in the ass to actually find anything useful, because you mostly read about issues regarding Steam-Versions. Here's what I have: ArmA 2 and OA Retail (Combined Ops Installation) PMC and BAF installed seperately from the Reinforcements Retail Latest Patches Now I downloaded ACR with the Sprocket Installer, no problem. I started the setup, the activation made no problems, but after that, the installer just states that Version 1.61 is required and stops. Do I seriously need to rollback my entire installation, patch it all up to 1.61, install ACR...and then go up to 1.62? If there's another way, I'd greatly appreciate some help, because I have no intention of spending my sunday afternoon reinstalling ArmA 2.... [Note: These are actually not my words, this is from a 244 day old thread. I would've posted there, but I thought it might be better to just make a new one, as bumping threads that old is often looked down upon.]

We have a whole thread about this that is RIGHT below this thread. Ahh...well, we got a thread about exactly this, so I suggest you go and talk about this there.

...Is this a bug report? If so it should go in trouble shooting.

This is an awesome mod. I wish you good luck on it. -
+1 This is as close as we're getting to real 3d scopes, and I love it.

I wish I could help. Hopefully someone here knows something.

Not liking the new Fatigue system - Jogging should not be penalised

The thing here, is Arma has and still is a REALISTIC GAME, not a SIMULATOR. This is one of those cases where realism is just annoying and could be given up for fun. At the least they could make our sights sway WAY more than they do now when you're exhausted. -

Same exact thing. -

My custom keys certainly aren't the cause, autokey isn't running, and the only mods I have are unit/weapon/vehicle mods. -

It's starting to ruin the game for me. I can't issue a command without me automatically ordering a move to command. It's really annoying. I am using the latest development build. [As of 5/29/2013, 3 P.M, Western canada time] I can't give many more details. -
...Wut? Ok, lemme see what I can get. "You guys should really up your shit already because this game should run at 60fps on my pc which can run BF3 at 60fps." Is that what you were saying?

Up to my Old Tricks again: God like powers of Vision

I read the post and he's naming it a simulator, which it is not. Game and Simulator are 2 different things albeit they fall under the same category. -

NO! The Arma series are GAMES! The other version of Arma (it's name escapes me) is a SIMULATOR! You know, the version that costs a few hundred bucks. Everyone seems to misunderstand that. Arma is not a simulator, more-so just an extremely realistic game. And being a game, it comes with unrealistic OPTIONS. OPTIONS. OPTIONS. I need to repeat OPTIONS to emphasize that they are OPTIONAL. Knowing BI, no matter what you say, and what you do, 3rd Person is here to stay. Live with it, and learn to respect other people's opinions.
