  1. Finally my problem was solved! Appereantly my system was infected by some kind of maleware which cause the PING.EXE process to run in background and was comsuming 99% of CPU power. After a long search and research i was able to remove it and now Arma2:OA works flawlessly! Thanks you all for the advices you gave me here and for the paticance you had. Maybe someone is haveing the same issues and this will help him.
  2. Is there any solution for this? It's weird because i'm playing "Dead Island" on the highest graphics and it runs smoothly, and its a very new game with high requirements. I also run "World of Tanks" on high graphics... so i guess there is something with ARMA that causes such low preformance.
  3. Well after i have done some tweaks i read about here, the game is more stable and the freezes less frequent. It satrts ok but after 1-2 minutes it freezes again for like 3 seconeds for several times and then returns to normal. Is it an Nvidia issue? ---------- Post added at 11:10 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:21 PM ---------- My system specs are above minimum requierments . While the game is not frozen i'm getting above 40 FPS according to FRAPS.
  4. Do you mean what kind of HDD? or which one in the computer?
  5. Hello! So i got Arma2:OA rather lately, and i'm having preformance issues. The animation in the backgroud of the main manue freezes all the time and so does while playing the game itself. I tried lowering the graphics... but nothing changed. how should i fix it? My specs: Windows XP sp3 2 Gb RAM Intel Core2duo 2.66 Nvidia GT440 1Gb
