    What's Your Setup?

Yes, That's better than sliding, but still not very realistic. Helicopter anti-torque pedals are interconnected. when the left moves forward, the right moves back.

    What's Your Setup?

I have the CH pedals and they Are great for fixed wing, not so much for helicopters. The slide type aircraft pedals are difficult to use for heli's because you have to slide the pedal using leg movement rather than toe pressure. I'm working on two sets of controls right now, a budget setup and something a little more in depth. this is my in depth setup made from all aluminum: I'm trying to keep the cost under $500. My aim is between the desktop joystick and full simulator. The box height is specific to work with a standard computer chair to put you in a seated position closer to a real helicopter. The cyclic will then be positioned at proper height between your knees so that you can have a good "weld" between your forearm and leg. The real world heli pilots will understand how important this is to making the fine control inputs required to fly the real thing.
