    That Tiger looks fantastic!! :bounce3:
  2. Thanks for the reply, Cleggy. I don't fancy getting told off either, so my apologies if I broke a forum rule there. Good luck with the work mate. Hope you get an easy solution to your problems. Wish I could help but I'm worse than useless at this type of modelling. I consider your Bulldogs amongst the best community made models I've seen so far, and judging from the screenshots you've posted, the Ridgeback is going to be right up there with them. Many thanks for sharing your great work!
  3. Cleggy, have you a rough idea of when you'll be ready to release this mod? Sorry to sound impatient... It just looks so damn tasty!!! :o
  4. Looking bloody marvelous, Cleggy. Great work. Mind you, I knew it would be if your Bulldog was anything to go by. Can't wait to try it out ingame. :bounce3:

Help meeded: A2: CO and mod folders

I've gone the Six Updater route since that works well (although it does mean waiting while first Six Updater and then ArmA2:CO loads). I tried adding the -mod=expansion,@xxx etc suffix to the shortcut to the CO launch .bat file, but couldn't get it to work. Pity BI and Steam couldn't come up with a more streamlined solution, but considering the complexities, I can understand why they didn't waste time on it.
  6. Hi huys. Please help I've been beating my head off this problem for about 12 hours now! I had originally bought Op. Arrowhead as a standalone but decided last night to buy the original ArmA II and so combine them into Combined Ops. Both are bought from Steam by the way and I'm running Win XP Pro 32-bit. I had no problems with mod folders with Op Arrowgead/ BAF with regard to enabling them in game via the expansions option. However with everything installed and running Combined Ops via either the menu option in Steam or the .bat file in the OA folder, the game no longer displays the mod folders in the expansions in game menu option I've tried everything I can think of right down to deleting Steam's local content for OA, downloading it fresh (after cleaning all references to it in the registry and deleting the old directory folder) and reinstalling. Can anyone tell me how to get the Staem version of Combined Ops to recognise the add on mod folders?

Very much looking forward to the newversion when it's ready. Just one question: Will it be possible at some stage to have German units speaking German and British units speaking with British accents?

    Invasion 1944 v2.5 (CO)

Got my problem sorted. The cause was my copying and pasting without looking! The entries in the classlist (2.51) for the MG34 and MG 42 (Both Heer varieties) are typed in such a way that the "Machinegewehr" tag appears to be part of the classname. I realised where I'd gone wrong after examining the Fallschirmjager and SS class lists. :o Just thought I'd let you know incase anyone else has a similar problem.

Thanks for the quick responses guys. I'll try the delay first and see what happens. Never tried unpacking a PBO before.... Could be interesting!! :D

Love the mod, although I'm a late arrival. Got a problem getting DAC to recognise the units though. I've edited the units config to replace the Russian troops (case 0 in the DAC units config file) with the German Heer. However on trying to initialise DAC in the mission, the DAC zone and waypoints are created but it stalls on creating the units. I've copied and pasted the classnames from the 2.51 readme file, so it can't be typo's and I've double checked that all quotation marks and commas are in place. I'm totally stumped. Could someone who has DAC working with this mod please send me a copy of their units config file (and any other files they needed to modify to get it working)?
