I have this strange error when using attack choppers in Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead that isn;t present in plain Arma 2 and hasn't been fixed by a reinstall or disabling all mods Basically when playing a SP mission as a pilot I now can't toggle weapons using F for the gunner and the hud shows two seperate lines of weapons, one at the top has rockets and the bottom one has missiles and cannon. Using ctrl+F switches weapons on the bottom line but gunner still fires rockets. Switching to manual fire lets me choose between missiles and cannon but won't show rockets. Any help is appreciated, I did experience this once before but fixed it by switching from beta. This no longer works.

I had this problem, when you first pick up the radio Kerry would say his 1st line of dialogue then the rest of the verbal exchange wouldn't trigger so even if you made your way to the two guys it wouldn't complete the task as you didn't have the relevant information. I disabled all mods and it then fixed itself. I can't be sure but given that it arose from a radio conversation it could well be ACRE that is the problem

I pretty much suck at this game and have just learnt chopper flying (after sucking hard last time I tried) and this explanation is awesome. Had tried a few ways that ended up with a Cobra BBQ. After reading your post I nailed it 1st try

I'm looking at the back of the Reinforcements retail edition and minimum requirements ask for Intel Dual-Core 2.4Ghz not P4

Yes the batteries come with the laser marker BUT It's possible that someone clicks on the batteries and see's the text 'Laser Marker' and no mention of batteries and mistakenly thinks they have the Laser Marker.. After recreating this error you get to Madison agree to spot targets then Miles asks "where is the designator" Then goes on to call you a sorrysunovabitch which sounds like the OP's dilemma

Been a while since I played this mission but I think I cocked up once by taking the batteries from the store but not the actual marker which if your new to the game is easily done. I'll replay it and see if this could be the reason
