So Im not the only one suffering from this awkward graphical glitch?

I have a Sony Vaio Laptop - Model VPCEA24FM My graphical display card is an Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (HD) I have Windows 7 64bit operating system As for the temperature, I don't know how to find it.

I have a very strange graphical error. At times I notice that on my screen that there is a wierd grey flat thing that keeps on taking up my entire screen so I can not see the environment or anything else. I also notice that this occured on the menu cinematic. Also at times the game screen will become transparent; I can see all the windows of the programs I have running on my pc but I can no longer see the game.
