guys can you help me get aceclippi work

The program doesn't start and doesn't show anywhere. I did use SU to try and fix and verify i have NET 4.0 installed and it still doesn't work. I also reinstalled ace 5 times.

Hey could anyone help me? I have a problem with aceclippi.exe i re-installed ace and it still doesn't work. It is the aceclippi.exe file that i am having trouble with it doesn't seem to work. i have the appropriate thing to launch the file NET 4.0 But for some reason it still wont turn on. thank you for your help
