Well any other suggestion? I'm still desyncing on most servers. And by that I mean that I get yellow chain and sometimes even red chain, but rarely.

I played on an Insurgency server, it played nicely. Then I went on the TAW Domi server to try it, mild lag. A few minutes of playing and the server was hacked too

Hmm well I usually play Domination. When I tried a CTI game (or whatever the mod is called where there are only players and no NPC's) there was barely any lag.

0% loss, so there's no packet loss.

And how can I check that?

Well I don't use a router so that ain't gonna help. And as I said I play on servers where I get ping below 100. But I'll try closing anything else than Steam (I bought it on Steam). Also what did you say about switching off firewalls? I thought that turning it on makes the connection better and all that.

Okay tried to do to it from my city (Iasi, Romania) all the way to Great Britain where most severs are hosted in. Oh yeah and I join servers where I have like 50-80 ping and I still desync. So I don't think posting my internet speed helps with anything.

I really have no idea how to fix this. So on most servers that I play on (Domination co-op) I get HORRIBLE desyncing. Players and NPC's teleporting all over the place, it's really making MP unplayable to me. I use cable so no need for replies that I need to change x port on my router.
