I don't have it... because the server is not ran directly by me... Can you give me the line that needs to be adjusted and how it needs to be adjusted??

Hello guys, My clan has an ArmA II CO server and the server owner has enabled Signature check... Anyway... when Signature check times out, the user would be banned not kicked... and he is unsure how to fix that... Is it possible to make just a kick or is it fixed to be a ban? Also, can an admin like me, not server owner, unban someone? if yes, how?? (I have no server files whatsoever on my PC) Please move this topic if this is the wrong place...
