    Thanks for the response. -I am running CowarmodI44 1.0 and manually installed the 1.1 and 1.2 patches. -I am not running all the addons because i dont want to run them all. I am only interested in the AI enhancement part of the mod. This mod is customizable, right? -Then why are those files included in the I44 compatible version of the mod? - Thank you for notifying me of the conflicts, I will be sure to remove them. I am really happy with this mod, it really improves overall AI a hell of alot! But I suggest you make the mod a little less complicated to customize and better documentation for noob users like myself. Thanks for making this mod. -Assayks

    I would like to report a bug: 3 Shermans attack german position. Lead Sherman crew suddenly bails out and stands around playing "equip" animation. Shermans havent taken any damage at all. This happened during my custom mission. Nothing more than 3 shermans in same group attacking german position. Edit: Bailing out was caused by: mechinftac.pbo The "strange animation" bug is still there thought.. When ever sherman crew bails out the crew just stands there and plays "equip" animation over and over.     Hey thanks for the response. I loaded up the AI enhancement mods and the AI improved alot, but i have two problems. First of all if I put SLX_AI files in the cowarmodi44 addons folder Arma wont start and it gives an error: "Include file @coslx\addons\slx.hpp not found". Second, when i loaded the All the AI enhancement mods (except slx) and tested ingame when ever my squad was being shot at the screen started to "fade" in black and fade out. What mod feature is this? I would like to remove it. Note: I have CowarmodI44 1.0 and manually installed the 1.1 and 1.2 patches.

    Hello! First of all. I have to say im pretty new to these sort of mods. Is there some sort of configuration i need to do before I can start using it? Like ACE mod? I installed the mod normally and added it to the I44 shortcut: "-windows -nosplash -mod=@CBA;@CBA_OA;@CBA_A2;@I44;@CowarmodI44" So far i cant see any huge changes ingame. What exactly should I do if I want the maximum AI improvements ingame? I am mostly interested in the AI improvement part of this mod. Thank you!
  5. Hello! Ive been making my own missions back in OFP, so i am a bit rusty. I need help with a mission concept ive had in my head for a while. I would like to make a mission where i have to prepare defences before the enemy attacks. What i would like to do is to have an interface that would allow me o "buy" and place units, tanks, mg nests, etc anywhere on the map during the mission. Of course there would be limited money to buy these units. Unfortunately i am not sure how to do this. I know there are alot of mp missions out there that have this "recruitment interface" so do you guys know what ready made missions should i take a look at and learn from? Thank you!
  6. Are you kidding me? First of all: The IF devs are not responsible for third party addons that include swastikas or stolen material! There are mods that include swastikas for Arma2, Arma1 and OFP and i havent heard those devs having a problem with that. Second: Cheating in multiplayer? give me break. Theres already a system that servers can have where each .pbo file is checked before the player can join. Third: A certain level of quality? Again i must ask why on earth would the IF devs care of someone makes a shitty mod for their game?!?!? If the mod sucks NO ONE WILL USE IT. I personally suspect that the IF devs just want to keep absolute control over this game. They dont want third party modders to make them look bad by fixing and improving their bug ridden game.

I also have a question about your Omaha map, I personally dont like what you have done with the bushes since infantry cant walk through them. To me its unrealistic to have the map be so "labyrinth" like. Would it be possible to release a version where you can walk through those bushes?

  10. In some earlier post before 2.51 patch you guys mentioned that you were investigating the AI problems. Since its not mentioned in the changelog of 2.51, did you fix any problems with it?

    Will this mod work with say invasion 1944 or FDF? or will the configs only affect vanilla units?
  13. This new update is amazing, trust me I love all the models, sounds, etc.. Thank you for this great mod! But i have a concern about AI with this mod. This same problem was adressed by many people in the last release bi forum topic. It seems that the AI engagement range is way off they dont seem to see the enemy from about 300-400m away in broad daylight. I tested this firmly in the editor with two opposing squads with skill set to _full_. And they still suck. I installed zeu AI mod and this fixes that range problem. But unfortunately the AI is still very clumsy. For instance I put those two same squads with full skills in a town and i can literally run around them FPS style and shoot everyone with my thompson. They barely shoot at me. The tanks or static guns dont seem to have this problem at all. So why is it that the infantry is so dumbed down by this? Could it be that the AI does not know how to use your weapon config? or have you done something with the AI settings? This problem is making the mod unplayable for me. It also makes me sad because you have the greatest ww2 mod ever made for arma series. Is there some config file i could delete so the AI would work normally? please help me with this. Thank you!
