Ok so I have been trying to beat this mission for the past 2 days. I have completed every task except finding the insurgent leader. I looked all over the base that I destroyed but he is nowhere to be found. I have searched every body within a 2 mile radius of the camp and nothing. I've looked in all the tents and everything. Where could this guy be?
