Do not use Titan Compact for AA Missiles use standard Titan hope that helps all i can think of good luck fruity_rudy.

Single player missions i make for fun cannot switch now to next player when i die yet can switch to any of my playable guys before i die hmm,ps i dont play mp games so cant say if this happens online.

You could give your player a join and lead waypoint and give your civvie a join waypoint, sync both those waypoints together and once you reach him or he reaches your point he will now be part of your group good luck its all i can think of just now.

Put this in the init line of your soldier your playing as this addMagazine "Laserbatteries";

this addWeapon "LaserDesignator"; now you can lase the target yourself and the planes will hit the target you point to.

Open up your mission in editor and and hold down your left mouse button once you have highlighted all troops etc modules and press ctrl+c which copys them once you have done that start another editor for your new mission then press ctrl+v that will paste and place all them into new mission then just name your new mission etc good luck.
