Due to persec I'm not going to say what exactly i do in her majesty armed forces but I will say this, Where i work we get almost all of the UKSF elements coming through doing either jump courses or Forward Air Controlling, I've also done tours with "them" were as I might not be SF by British standards. But my American counter parts are "SF" :) And seen as thou Arma 3 has hinted that they will be using UKSF Most of our guys have long hair due to operations in Northern Ireland. Not so much facial hair depending on the CBRN Threat depends on if they can or can't UK SF Do not a hear to dress and discipline that most Regular battalions, squadrons, wings do because they are a low profile unit. For example all the Blades and Shakey boat lads i know don't wear any form of rank insignia or head dress. They also tend to wear either Crye Gear, DPM Jungle and on some occasions mixed dress PCS. And I'm Not saying the 7thID should have them I'm just saying if I or any one else wanted to be a tier 1/2 warrior of doom I could look the part if I wished.

Hello as a mission maker I would like to push the boundary of the alpha engine and test all sorts of scripts and gucci mission making gargon but i find my self restricted as theirs not a lot i can do with stratis and the limited choice of vehicles and playable factions. Whats the ETA on a bigger more diverse maps and units for us to make missions on and test for bugs glitches etc? I'm not asking for the full game obviously I know whats not out for a while I would just like to know if there's going to be new content available any time soon. Thank you. Hello I received another infraction today for a little gif i had in my signature. I've read the rules again and to the best of my ability tried to understand them especially on the images sides (clan posts etc) But yes I digress, basically i had a little gif in my signature that was over 100kbs? How can you tell if its over a 100kbs? I know this is a dead noddy question but I'm not computer literate I'm by trade a professional soldier infantry to be precise. And it seems I've been slammed with a "warning" for something. That i don't understand i honestly didn't know i was in breach of your code of conduct. So basically I'm appealing to you moderators better judgement to give me the benefit of the doubt on the last infraction i was given. I don't want to get banned because of a misunderstanding. as i explained to FRL Myke i have learning difficulty most prominent ones being ADD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and Dyscalica and complications from a head wounded sustained whilst serving in Afghanistan. Solution: I wont post any more pictures except the ones the MOD team tell me are within the 100kb boundarys. But please don't ban me for something silly if I've breached the rules by making this post then i apologize in advance but i did not know were else to post this. Thank you for your time.

That could be the Six Alpha. Pretty much of all the jump trained 16aab fellas did it back in 08 so they could still look like "ally" airborne warriors. Even thou the chinstrap would break your nose when you got blown up :\

Not so much an addon request. But i'd like to see a launcher for arma 3 any thing besides the play with six as thats tainted. Something like spirtedmachines arma 2 launcher for arma 3 :)

I'm not saying they should be weaker in any aspect I'm just saying that they look ridiculous. all the groups i play arma with have the same view as me on this were just waiting for mods to bring us back down to a modern day setting. Most Modern Day military operations are like Op, Elermy, Op Herrick, Op Telic, These were all Counter Insurgency. With the exception of telic telic was a conventional war followed by a nasty insurgency. Thats what I like Conventional Warfare and Counter Insurgency in a modern believable setting and pretty much most of the guys who are saying they don't like this new spin BI has thrown on the game (2035) are Serving soldiers or Veterans or just enthusiasts who want to do strike ops or relive the invasion of iraq or smash terrys face in, in the helmand river Vally. In short i don't like the SCFI Feel to the OPFOR and I will be really dissapointed in BI if they do the same with BLUFOR I don't care if opfor are using a gucci russian patrol vehicle my beef is that the OPFOR look like something out of metal gear solid. I followed this game from OFPCWC Because it was a great game, but to me this game is fast becoming carrier command. Personally i can't wait till the Mod makers modernism the game because i won't be playing Vanilla Arma 3 and i can speak for a lot of people when I say that. Well we found a opfor model looks like an officer wearing just a gorka suit and when you add his load bearing vest and a normal helmet. They look a lot better there not tech superior to nato or inferior they look the part. SCFI Bug Helmets and the Heat suits there wearing under the Gorka looks ridiculous.

To be honest mate even the windows that don't have glass in can't have grenades posted through them. I would also like to see this addressed in the Beta :)
