Sort of but it just flashes in front of me, Areas of the map will just keep flashing white. Ill record it for you

Just installed both Arma 2 & OA. Everything is perfect until i get into the game, then where ever i look parts of the map begins to flash white. Im playing on High, i did change it to normal, low but it had no effect. My Pc Specs. AMD Athlon II x4 640 Radeon HD 6850 1GB 4GB RAM ASUS M4A79XTD EVO 500GB HDD Download both from Steam. Am i missing Graphics drivers or is there another reason? If i need to update drivers how do i do it? Thanks ¬Ben
