for some reason after installinh 1.62 my game worked fine for awhile but now for some reason i lag whenever i hold a key down. its not my PC specs so it must be something game related. anyone else have this or have any suggestions?

ok so i put my game in windowed mode temporaraly but then when i went back to full screen i cant seem to get my resolution back like i had it. all the words are fuzzy. any ideas on how to fix it?

ill try that. as of the moment everything works normally but the txt is all fuzzy

alright, ever since i updatded to 1.60 ive been geting issues with joining multiplayer servers resulting in a session lost about 2 seconds after joining. i thought i might have messed soemthing up but then when i was on the home page i noticed my version was 1.60.87469 Did i install the wrong patch??? and if so wheres is thr right one and wat must i do to fix this? ---------- Post added at 06:48 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:54 PM ---------- Bump :)

Well like i said, i noticed when i start up arma and am on the home screen, in the bottom right corner it says my version 1.60.87469 So im wondering if i accidently installed the beta of the patch and not the regular version I kept the file from when i updated. and i have the file i just now got off armaholic wich is for sure 1.60. but wich is right? i have ARMA2OA_Update_160.exe and ARMA2OA_Patch_1_60.exe

its happening for me to. But i think its a problem with the patch itself. because when useing mods it dose it alot in single player aswell.

Hey guys, merry christmass. Anyways every since i installed patch 1.60 when ever i try and join certain servers im automaticly kicked from the game. I have the standerd non-steam version of arma2 and oa, aswell as BAF and PMC. its always the SAME. I join, it goes to waiting for host, and then 2 seconds later im kicked. this is with no mods running trying to join a server that requires no mods.

yes, both are on version 1.60

how would i view the RPT? its not my server.

Disapointed so far because of the errors it has caused me to start geting in trying to join a MP server.

Myself and multiple friends have noticed that the site reticules on airplanes for free fall bombs like the A-10 is inacurate. has anyone made a mod that fixes this or is there a plan to patch this? :cool:

O god....that would suck. Im sry but there are way to many epic games coming out. Not to mention that we would have to go through waiting for ACE to catch up. just stick with ArmA2 and OA for now. Edit: also from what ive read this will be like ArmA2:combined operations, game of the year edition. because its combined ops including the dlc.

ive seen some decent ones but its only some infantry and 1 or 2 vechicals. i will admit theres some nice maps.

yah but the problem with snow is theres a lacking amount of winter camo units and vechicals.

i dont think he speaks english. probally used a translator.

I have to admit that because of all this crap, copyrights, add-on theft, ect it kept me from releasing any mods ive made so far (that and people making something similar and releasing the beta befor me. thats what i get for being slow)

To further expand on froggys post above I44 is probally the best quallity mod out there at the moment for WWII. The onyl other one i know of at the moment is the 31st normandy mod wich has an INSANE amount of content compared to I44 howver only some of it is quallity. it also has alot of incomplete/poorly done modles. I44 not as much content (yet) but much higher quallity. EDIT: also you should drop me a message. Would be nice to chat it up with another history enthusiast!

UHH i hate seeing anyone under 12 playing arma. especially in multiplayer. They come on TS and the voice....uhhhh makes me wana rip my hair out!

KK, I wasnt to sure what forum to post in and since this was for a mission im working on i thought here might work. ive forund some respawn stuff but alot of it is a little screwy.

Hay, i was wondering if someone could help me out with a basic respawn script for my missions aswell as a script to spawn a few waves off attackers.

1: Fallout 3 2: Fallout: New Vegas 3: Elder Scrolls: Oblivion 4: World of Warcraft (pricy but fun) 5: Call of Duty: Black Opps (love the zombies since i got hardend edition with the 4 original maps, multiplayer is outa control though) NOTE: I will admit to all the Runescape guy on here the game was good fun(made it too 99 in all skills) but i didnt care for what the game was evolving into. even if it went back i sold my acc so no way in hell id start up again.
