I think I'm going to give up on this campaign. I was wrong about my initial thought that the patch worked. All I have is 1 T-72 that I built. I may have 1 or 2 UAZs and maybe a BMP left out on the battle field somewhere. Is that really too many vehicles? I even purposely destroyed my own tank to see if I could then build another vehicle. I couldn't. I'm allowed to build troops but no vehicles... and I have over $100,000 dollars. -

Well I finally returned to playing this game after a break. The patch did help my reinforcement issue. And I think you're right about the message. After building a few units I starting getting the "Can't Reinforce. Gro" message. Which, like you said, probably means "...Ground units at maximum" or something like that. -

The box the game came in says ARMA II Combined Operations. I've only installed ARMA 2. I haven't installed Operation Arrowhead because it appears to be a stand alone game. So what do you mean by "A2 only" because I think I am playing the combined operations version of ARMA 2? -
Skipping Time in campaign missions?

I probably don't know how to use the search correctly because I found nothing on this subject which I'm a bit surprised by.... but here goes anyways... I'm on Mission 10- Dogs of War. I'm making some progress in this level but it has become dark. It's about 7pm. Is there a way to skip time to a specific point? I don't want to run at x4 cause that would still take a long long time to run off 8-10hours. I can't believe the developers left this out of the game. But is there a way I can do this? I'm a total noob at scripting so I wouldn't even know where to begin if you gave me the code. -

Is it me or did the game developers release this game way before they should have? Like they should have beta-tested it for a few more months. We know of all the glitches. But there are simple things like my AI drives worse than a monkey when I'm in the gunner seat. I mean they don't even know how to drive around a bush, let alone just drive over it. They didn't consider a player might not want to attack at night? And therefore be able to advance time as they desire (they could have asked the makers of Far Cry for help on that one)? Your gun disappears if you enter the purchase weapon menu. Eventually your gun disappears anyways and you're left with an AK-47. I can't build vehicles in the last mission because it tells me I can't reinforce... and on on... -
The strangest glitch ever (badlands mission)

For me it was setting up my HQ. I believe the APC is used as a mobile HQ. So when you construct it it converts into a shelter with netting and boxes and barriers. I didn't find being out of the APC helpful. If I was out of it I warped out to sea. And if I was inside it well then the entire APC would warp with me. Like I said I just reverted to before the prior cutscene and that problem didn't show up after that. I had skipped the prior cutscene (the one where you're talking to 3 guys sitting on the wall) the first time when I had the warp issues. When I reverted I didn't skip the cutscene and the warp problem went away. That's the only thing I did differently. -

I'm in a mission and it's become dark. Is there a way to advance time to day light? I know about increasing the time rate but even at x4 it would take a long time to skip 8 hours. Is there a way to go to bed or skip time? -

I've experienced that message since the first mission where you start building your HQ. Yes I have the required buildings and the right amount of money. But it's not letting me construct armor units or air units. -

Did you not read my question? I said I'm not allowed to build any new vehicles. I can't build a tank because I get the "can't reinforce. Gro" message. I can only build soldiers. So what's going on? -

I accidentally hit a key when trying to order my groups (the units not directly under my control) around and I found some instructions I had never seen before. They were giving these groups general orders, like to guard or patrol or attack.... What keys did I hit to get that because I don't know what I did to get them the first time. -
I'm on Dogs of War and I need some help. Specifically how am I supposed to take all those villages and go up against tanks and helicopters at the airport when I'm not allowed to reinforce my armor? Whenever I attempt to build a vehicle of ANY kind it tells me "Can't reinforce. Gro" Yes I have the money for it. Am I supposed to buy 100 RPG soldiers and hope they actually fire them and they do damage to the tanks?

High Command instructions?

I have found that I can select units then under communication there is a command that says "send unit". But when I select it the sub-menu is totally empty. Another glitch or what? -

I don't think I'm hi-jacking this thread as it's been several months since it had a response. I need high command help, like others the manual is no good and my high command tutorial gets stuck, it won't move onto the next instructions so it's of no use to me. I'm playing Badlands, and I need help with: 1. Can I send purchased units to other groups? There are 4 groups under my control. 1,2,3,4. I'm in 1. Whenever I purchase a unit it automatically enters my group. How do I make it go to one of the other companies? 2. What does respawn mean? Why would I want to send money and to whom? Why does "set type" do nothing? 3. Where did my gun go? It was several minutes into creating my base and army when I realized my gun was gone. Where is it? I see that I can purchase an M16, but I don't have the option of having one with an attached grenade launcher and a scope. Is my missing gun just a glitch?
