Sikhs in a war game. I think that'll be a first ;) -

Does that include Burma? That's a front largely ignored. It would be interesting to experience -
Ah nice give your customers attitude when they're annoyed after buying your product that does not work as it should. I've given details before with another problem but I didn't get any help from mods then but I shall try again 965BE 470 260.89 drivers Win XP SP3 2GB Ram about 30% HDD left Recently defragged.

Makes no difference what they are. Built up areas kill my FPS. Tried everything including low resolution mods.

The Unsung MOD (Vietnam War) Arma 2 Release
ARMAfansa replied to sgt_savage's topic in ARMA 2 & OA - ADDONS & MODS: COMPLETE
Great thanks Nomadd Out of interest can you use the the Huey as air support? Say if you're near a village and don't want to flatten the place with artillery can you call in the Huey and let the door gunner sort out the VC? Also regarding performance my FPS seems to be capped at 23. It never goes higher just sits there at 22/23. In villages it drops to 17. I have a problem with ARMA 2 in built up areas killing my FPS too. -
I can't get decent performance out of ARMA 2 with my 965BE quad core and 470. Built up areas sends the FPS into low 20/ high teens. Pathetic.

The Unsung MOD (Vietnam War) Arma 2 Release
ARMAfansa replied to sgt_savage's topic in ARMA 2 & OA - ADDONS & MODS: COMPLETE
Fantastic mod. Well done to all those involved. Busy playing lowlands I have identified a few bugs. One is when calling in the Huey to hold over an area it sometimes just flies over and lands in the middle of nowhere. It then takes forever to get the option to call it back. Another is rearming the M113. I can only rearm one clip. A hundred bullets that's all. Also the VC have an uncanny ability to spot me in the dense jungle from afar and take me out. They seem a little too accurate. There isn't much no bullets whizzing about confusion because with in half a minute I'm usually dead :D -

Got the latest updates off Steam a while ago. Managed to get around to trying out British Armed Forces and now I find my FPS have halved. -
OA looks really bad despite graphic settings + mouse issue

I have a similar problem. Everything beyond 10m is a blocky blurred mess. It's like you're playing the original Delta Force. I'm told the developers did this with a patch as incredulous as it sounds. Oh and with the latest patch performance has nose dived. So now I enjoy a blocky blurred slideshow :bounce3: -
Hi I'm having this problem. http://www.imagehost.co.za/share-E41C_4CF3F729.html Note the trucks coming down the road http://www.imagehost.co.za/share-B3C7_4CF3F729.html Note the trees in the distance are green blobs http://www.imagehost.co.za/share-369F_4CF3F729.html Note the tank in the distance Once within a few meters the detail appears and everything looks fine. A virtual memory problem perhaps 260.89 drivers on MSI 470 running WinXP SP3. Changing in game video settings doesn't fix the problem.

So no way to fix this. I got the game off steam so I think I'm stuck with the latest patch. Astonished they'd mutilate their game like this.

Tried that. I'm not sure it's even post process. Just seems like everything far away is at a low resolution. All blocky for a lack of a better term -

I have a 470 with the latest drivers but in the game anything more than a few meters away is a blurred mess. Looks like a very low resolution. I've disabled post process and changed various settings but no luck
