Pliz help. I dont know why, but vhen I start game it show "Bad version of OpenAL32.DLL" I click ok and in game there is no sound. What shall I do?

Sory about my eanglish Im from Lithuania. Can somebody tell me where I could get L-39 albatros addon? My country airforce hawe these planes, so it would be cool hawe it in ofp. :)
