    i found moving your profiles to the default Arma 3 directory from "My Documents" helps a lot of ppl who are having this "stutter" problem. you can use this to load the profiles after you moved them "-profiles=XXX\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\Profiles" "-name=XXXX" changed the details as needed.
