@Humvee28 I've tried downloading the 1.3 version of Ace but none of the severs are running JUST ace alone. Therefor I think I need to use Six Updater to get all the other files. This is just too difficult. If someone could just write an up-to-date guide on how to get the stable version of ACE2 running and connecting to servers. Can someone tell me whether I need to choose A2 Any(Vanilla) or A2 Standalone? And do I need to install ACE_A2 or ACE to play 1.3?

I would also appreciate a little help too. I am trying to get the 1.3 version of ace to connect to a server. All the guides posted on the internet on how to install 1.3 through six updater are old and use the old method through six. However, the new version of Six updater is completely different. I dont have the choice of the ACE Mod (Vanilla) all i have is A2 OA and A2 any (vanilla). I used A2 Any but it never works after I've installed all the mods. Can anyone please tell me how to get this working? I've been pulling my hair out for weeks now trying to figure this out. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

I can't connect to any ACE servers. I am using Six Updater and use the function where i enter the server name and "install or update and join the server" but after choosing my player role it starts to load the map then stops and goes back to the main menu. Does anyone know why this is happening? What i can do?

I just dont get it! sorry to sound fed up but i am. I have been trying to get the stable 1.3 version of ace working for weeks now and it just wont. I have tried the six updater way and ive tried downloading the files and useing the ;@mod way but still i cant connect to servers running ace 2. I know that if it says i have a file deleted then that means im missing something and this is the case ALWAYS with six updater. Am i doing this wrong? If i dont use six updater and try to join a server it just connects and then disconnects. If anyone can explain this to me i'd be so happy. Please feel free to PM me if you feel like helping a needy gamer.

Can someone please tell me why I dont have the option for 'A.C.E. Mod (Vanilla)' in my preset field?

Hey guys. I'm having a really tough time trying to install the ongoing development version of ACE 2. I can't find an up-to-date set of instructions for the newest version of ACE and Six Updater. Basically I have three options: A2 OA Any (auto detect) which I think is for Arrow Head, A2 Standalone, and A2 Any (auto Detect) Which one is it? Ive tried a couple times with ACE/ACEX/CBA/ACE_SM but when trying to connect to a ACE server it tells me that I've got a load of deleted files. Any help would be much appreciated.
