Let the “Ragdoll†tech be used in vehicle.Especially use this tech on the dead body in vehicle Is that possible?

Use "Domination" for example i found when there are 10+ players in my server the "out" could reach 2000+Kbps(3800kbps for highest) and "in"=100+Kbps,and meanwhile ,the players' Desync is increasing too,it causes lag in the gameplay but im sure the server's network and rig can handle this game so,i wonder wether it is normal bandwidth usage when running such as "Domination" How can i tweak the setting

How can i toggle "Numpad -" when i am driving to get a better view I tried double click it ,but it doesnt work anyone can help me?
