The control scheme/keyboard layout is daunting at first. I just started playing and I found it pretty hard to get into. It may seem simple to people who have played previous games in the series, but having to search for answers on how to do fairly simple things can be frustrating. I've quit and given up quite a few times. Once you get a better handle on things it becomes a lot of fun. Unfortunately most probably try the demo, say wtf, and move on to a different game.
