[size=] First off I haven't been playing Arma in a while, but rekindled my interest, and have been playing with the Editor recently. And that always means ACE for me great mod; in my opinion the best DLC free content I ever seen in a game. But more to the point, my question in particular is about Ai using the Tow missile launcher on Hmmwv's. How do you get the Ai to reload them automatically, without having them in your squad? They will fire the one round they started with, then smile politely while been spaghettified by enemy armor. I've been looking trying to find answers to this for about a day now and decided it was time to ask the question. CSW for Ai was the closest I came to answering, I've already been on the Dev and the best explanation it gives is to have them grouped to you as a team leader. If anyone can answer this please help me out thanx, Ringo!:confused: [/size]

I have a question about AI with ACE. Specifically I was wondering about TOW Hmmwv's. With ACE you have to reload manually which is kewl, but When you have AI in them they can only fire once and don't reload. So my question is, is their a way to get them to reload the TOW's on the Hmmwv's? Thanx guys, and Merry Christmas

Hey all great mod, love it, but I am having trouble getting Ai pilots to use their bombs, they just strafe with machine guns or orbit the target. I was wondering if their is a way to get them to select their bombs? I've also noticed they have no probs using Hvars, but they can't commit with bombs, usually not until they run out of machine gun ammo. P.S. I also forgot to say that I could not find the ordinance names for either bombs rockets or machine guns. Thanx guys, love the mod!

Can it be used with the Artillery module? Pretty damn cool, this is a addon that should of came with the game. Good work guys. -
Quick questions. What are the aircraft weapon and magazines names? The machine guns; I didn't find them in the documentation that came with it, everything else but. Also I can never get the AI controlled aircraft to use bombs. Is their a way to get them to use bombs with out removing their other weapons? That's what the first question is about.

About a week ago I updated my system completely. New MOBO, new vid-card new RAM, new power-supply, and upgraded from Vista to Win7. After I got everything installed dled all the Ranger mods. I attempted to play, now I really didn't notice it at first, but when I am walking running etc... and I hit another key, even just to change directions I stop. And I have to the "W" key again to continue moving. Now its when I release the other key that this happens. Example, I'm running and holding the alt key to look around I'm fine, as soon as I release the Alt key though I stop moving and have to continue running again by pressing he "W" key. Now its not very big issue, but it is very damn annoying!!! I tried by turning on sticky keys and nothing. When I updated my MOBO I still had a PCn/2 mouse and keyboard connections, Not USB mouse and keyboard, so I Bought a adapter. I don't know though if that has had some impact on that though. Thanx for listening and hope someone replies Ringo!

Quick question. How do you use the target line in steam version of OA to launch combined operations and or mods? I know that the command line was lengthened over 255 characters. But I'm not shure what to type in the field box. Because you do not need the Batch file anymore to launch combines operations correct? -

steam://rungameid/33930 is in the target line of my shortcut. Like I said I use a batch file to launch CO. I have the Hard copy of Arma 2 and the Steam version of OA. So I have to Launch CO from the Batch file. That's where I have to the mod line, Here it is: "%_STEAMPATH%\steam.exe" -applaunch 33930 "-mod=%_ARMA2PATH%;EXPANSION;ca;@RCBA;@RACE;@RACEX;@RACEX_RU;@RACEX_USNAVY;@R7thCavAceEx" Now that's the command line for my clan; 7thCavalry. But they say it is ACE and no one else reports these problems. Here is my normal ACE line: "%_STEAMPATH%\steam.exe" -applaunch 33930 "-mod=%_ARMA2PATH%;EXPANSION;ca;@CBA;@ACE;@ACEX;@ACE_SM;@ACE_RU;@ACE_USNAVY" -

Hey, Does this mean that you do not need that batch file to launch combined operations? Because I have hard-copy of Arma 2, and steam version of OA, and all of the DLC's. Or should I still be using it? -

I did that already, but it still does not work. Someone said it needed to be remapped because I don't have a Right Windows key, only left key and a Right APP key. I have no clue what to do. This is extremely frustrating. I can not think of what could be wrong.
