Everytime i try to download an Addon from OFpr.info i get this Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to ftp.ofpr.info Is it me...or?

is there a way to play Arma with 1.4 Pixel shadars? like with 3D Analyzer or swift shader? or a modification that lowers 2.0 pixel requirements? (that'd require remaking the graphics engine?) -It works with an ATI 9200 128MB 1.4 Pixel but, you cant see the ground...or any scenery.

Yes, i was able to download before yesterday...it started yesterday, il try to reset myrouter. nope, still cant...dang mine aswell quit OFP :( cant get annnny addons.... Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at ftp.ofpr.info. same with IE i dont know whats wrong!!!! -FIXED IT!!! I RESETTED MY ROUTER AND RECETED MY PACKETS, NOW IT WORKS LIKE BEFORE! you can Close this now\Delete.

You think my ISP might have blocked me? or should i try reseting my router?
