Hey Maverick, thanks for the reply. Is this something new they released with one of their patches? I don't remember that from playing when it first came out. Anyways, so you're saying this is normal?

Before I start, yes I do have a legitimate copy of the game, I bought it off of STEAM a while ago. So this isn't (or shouldn't) be a FADE issue. Now I haven't played in a while, but I recently installed the game again (download/install on STEAM) and there seems to be a bug with the aiming reticule. Whenever I fire a weapon, the bullet lands slightly down and to the right of the reticule. See picture below. Now I'm pretty sure when I played it before it would fire accurately. The wierd thing is, if I fire a weapon using the iron sights or a scope/red dot, it is spot on...? Am I missing something here? Any help/info is appreciated. Did not move reticule, that's where I aimed and that's where the bullet landed.
