Strange visal problems loading OFP on Vista Laptop

HI azmjs. I'm having exact same issue. Did you manage to get it sorted? Anybody got ideas? I tried changing visual preferences, compatibility mode, running as admin etc. nothing made a difference. would appreciate help as used to enjoy playing this game v much
