Would this be possible to implement with a mod?

Is it possible to map different weapons to different buttons. I want to get the Saitek Pro x52 stick. Basically my question is could I map say 20mm's to the trigger and say rockets to a button near my thumb. Thanks, Justin

I'm going all out on my first Gaming Rig. I have wanted arma 2 for years then seen arma 3 and wanted it more. Then my buddies brother got DayZ. I know some people think it ruins the community but is awesome. Arma 3 will be great with the new lighting and physics. Cant wait. I'll admit I'm new to the forum. Played the game at my friends house this weekend and became immediately addicted. I found it easier than any game I have ever played due to the slower pace. I currently don't have a gaming computer but do have 3000 put aside for a rainy day. Well here is that rainy day just wanted to know if this setup would run ARMA 2 and obviously 3 in the future on ultra high settings. Hi I am not very good when it comes to building PC's but I would like to purchase and play this game any a high or very high setting. I am not interested in 3d or recording, but I would like to hold a solid 60+ frames a second even during large explosions. The PC won't be used for any thing but Arma 2 and expansion packs. I have a budget of $2200 excluding monitor, keyboard, and mouse. I would like to have a view distance on everything out to 5500 meters if possible. One thing I have been reading is that an SSD hard drive is better than a standard RAID one. I know this probably has been posted before but with the amount hardware changes most threads will be out of date.

I did a search and didn't find anything and there is no XBOX section so I going to post it here. I have wanted this game for a while now the only thing that is holding me back is the cost of a computer to run this game :eek:.so I thought of some ideas that would help it work on XBOX 360. First of Natal is a full body motion capture and voice recognision it use a 3-d camera to recored you movments. Natal can be used in conjunction with a controller because nobody wants to get rid of that. 2.Natal can support voice commands which removes a lot of unnecessary menus or help you through them like I thing socom or Rainbow six . 3.You could also use hand signals. Ex. Point at a truck with real hand and tell them to get in. or push your hand down once that could be crouch and twice could be go prone. You could also position people by saying there name and pointing. 4. Head tracking in vehicles and when on ground. 5.Leaning around corners. This has always be a problem with console FPS games due to lack of buttons but with Natal you could be sitting on the couch with you controller and just tilt your upper body which tilts the characters body. 6.It could also be used to throw granades different way Ex. Under toss throw for rolling into a room or even a round a corner. Any other ideas would be great. Justin
