Dozedo

I was wondering if there was any way to alter the amount of ammo a magazine could hold. I have downloaded a few addons before where obviously the magazines held different amounts of ammo compared to the default before the addon. How would I go about doing this myself for instance make an M16 magazine hold 50 rounds, or just goof around like that? Thanks in advance.
