    my misson is about 5mb...........sure that doesnt take hours but it takes some time. time where you wanna kill something! and low price is one thing. in some countrys internet in dsl speed is just no available. and i meant: he will release two versions.since someone already asked for another script version. version1:module version(pbo).where you add ingame the module and sync it with the group which shall be able to use it. version2:script version.you need to add everything in your mission.which makes it bigger. and you add marker and gamelogic which executes the medevac. in that you DONT use the module! both versions are editable. the pbo just has to be unpacked. and by the way the pbo version has like told the bonus that the mission doesnt take so long to load! with medevac in the mission the other site dont need to have the pbo cause it gets transfered. also a plus.

    why do you want this? mission takes longer to load if someone joins...and scripted it gives often problems with other scripts..... he said he is gonna do two versions. one pbo and one script. right now the latest are only scripts. if you wanna change something on the medevac module then just decompile the pbo and there you go

    @ kremator......i have seen things..........................:P anyway dont you watch action movies? they often fly over towns and throw granades out of the helicopter there is nothing unnormal

    goliath if you want more then: make a extra marker where all guys of the medevac are spawning and after calling the needed guys ran to the medevac and fly! after requestion add a question: which support is needed? then you can choose. -transport: he just comes and takes you to a place of your desire -heavy support: granades are thrown around some meter before the medevac drops its crew. then some guys place one static machine gun and a medic tent and also some ammo boxes which you should be able to configure -medic support: medics come to heal every wound your team has -mechanic support: medevac comes.lands and repairs every vehicle around 10meter or so gonna test your new version soon^^

    then if goliath makes it with heavy support they chopper stays in the air and throws the smokes....if the chopper is high enough then the downwash should not harm the smoke.... then the guys with the heavy guns leave the chopper and land via parachute.. now 2 of the guys build up some static machine gun and when the smoke is gone the bad guys get their asses kicked:P or maybe forget smokes^^ gimme granade´s :D

    mhm strange........well if thats really all then i could remove it.....its just for some times where norrin doesnt let you heal your buddy but for that i have now your medevac:P so forget that and gimme smokes and heavy guns and guys who builts some tents and stuff:D smoking the area would be awesome! if you could do that the helicopter flys a circle around the red smoke and in that cicrle so it mades a ring of smoke or that he simply throws smokes in a circle(some kind of spawn command) anyway keep comming! and goliath if you want i can be your server:P icq: 212579369 msn: bandit228@hotmail.de add me and when we find a time we can test a bit.only next week is gonna be a bit heavy because i got terrible times on which i have to work>< contact me and we find a time!

    @goliath: for some reasons the new version dont work for me......i dont know why but the only version which worked is that version:( so would be awesome if you could find a little way to fix that...if not it aint that bad maybe......but if another addon also fools around with respawns you would have the same bug......so maybe it would be really good if you could fix it. anyway looking forward to the next version!

    :O oh i am sorry didnt saw that one^^ my fault anyway tested the latest mission......... (101) the call medevac option still stays twice! @goliath:when you test that feature you have to test it with bots enabled....when the revive addon sees no one that can revive you, you spawn normal.if there is a bot which could revive you you spawn norrin style and there comes the bug. for the reinsert or return to base option......without my buddy i couldnt test that....on my normal server it worked fine^^ but i was host and player at the same time so no dedicated

    i dont get it at all why Bohemia didnt include such stuff........or why they didnt add a repair class....or something...... btw repair:P goliath this is really a must have! one of the guys in that medevac has to have the ability to repair everything in 50meters around the landing zone. or a extra support option for this. and it would be so awesome if the heli throws some smokes before landing maybe only in that "heavy support" option but maybe you add it in standard also after a heavy day behind the lines it would be cool if they bring you some ammo box and medic tents^^ really think of it and make it real:D

    @beny install the vanilla version! i mean download the medevac........then put my mission in the MP_mission folder in the arma2 directory and also paste the medevac datas into your arma2 root...... it has to work.you sure you got arma2? or are you using arma2 with Arrowhead?

    ok there you go:P http://rapidshare.com/files/413308103/medetest.Chernarus.pbo i hope it works for you i tried to remove everything from my mission but i left something 2 nice things for you;) a awesome car! believe me:P drive it^^ and when you spawn on the right hand side some c4(you should use c4 aswell:P) the mission is already prepared for medevac use........so you just have to change to pbo file....but well feel free to make whatever works^^ thanks for this awesome addon!

    BUGMAN back in action!^^ first of all i still got the bug with the two times "call medevac" and second when the helicopter gets damaged and you tell him to return to base.then they repair it but well they stay where they landed......they dont think about returning to base...... call him,damage the helicopter,order return to base,he is going to start to repair it and they stay there untill they get called again even when its in middle of enemy valley^^

    well strange at all! like "pre vet" in the mission the heli didnt spawn.........and RTB i didnt test there........ then i copied that in my mission over the old release( i keaped my old description.ext)all other files of the medevac were renewed..... the heli spawns where he should........it returned to base.........and it also had the new repair feature....and after dead i still got my menu........ so just copy it over the old files and maybe check the description.ext for differences and it works!^^ ------------------ and for the new call options: helicopter comes and smokes the whole area....then it lands and the crew gets out and build some tents up........and unload some cargo like static machine gun(which the medevac crew uses then) and unload some ammo packages.which you can also define in some data^^ thats for the "heavy support" repair support: they come and 2 or more mechanics start to repair the vehicle untill its fully fixed and a medic heals all wounds of everyone in 10meter normal support: stays like it is at now.

    mhm..strange i removed and added the game logic........nothing happened.....he heli still only spawns when i do "call medevac" for some reason it worked when i copied it over the other files.....well doesnt matter it works^^ anyway it would be awesome if you could do something for the norrin user......it a bit sad to have it twice but it no mega bug

    just tested your latest version! awesome man!:D you fixed the bug that i am loosing the option to call after dead^^ in your demo mission the medevac doesnt spawn where he should........with or without the game logic.... well he spawns where he should but with the game logic he should stand there at the beginning what he doesnt do. after i added it in my mission and pasted everything over your old version it works now for some reason... the medevac is there at the beginning and i can die as often as i like and i can call him every time:P but let the pilot land smoother.he damages everytime the chopper^^ also cool with the repair thing! nice one! EDIT: i found one hardcore bug>< you added something that adds the menu everytime after you spawn somewhere right? the problem is with norrins respawn script you spawn kinda 2 times.........so with norrin you got the menu everytime 2 times......its no hardcore bug but if possible add something that checks that you have the menu only one time. would be awesome if you could do something there......
