I made sure of it and radio chatter still isn't working for me but it worked with the previous version of your mod. Any other ideas?

Hey, first off I think this a great mod so thanks and keep up the good work. Anyways my problem is that when I first got this mod there was radio chatter. I recently updated the mod to the latest version and now there is no radio chatter. As a noob to this game and modding in general I was hoping you could explain to me how I can get radio chatter back. Thanks.
