I've actually managed to kill the bomber without him blowing up the house when I approached from a different angle but then nothing happens. Coops doesn't radio a thing in and no one can leave or enter the house, so it seems it truly is impossible to arrest this guy no matter what.

Can anyone tell me where to find Dr. Sova? Valentina tells me which village, but when I go there he is nowhere to be found. Knowing this game, I don't know if its yet another bug and I should re-start (yet again!) or if its actually possible to find him.
