  1. Yes it does towork, use a mod launcher. A friend of mine at http://www.thefirst2fight.com added triggers that puts the player in gunner seat positions when they are close enough to the left side of the aircraft. (3.5 meters) Moving from the front to the back of the aircraft on the left side of the plane to get in to the different gunner seat positions. With these triggers the C-130 and the gun from "AC-130U Spooky II gunship" add on can be as empty objects for multi player, requiring a 4 man team to fill all positions in the AC-130 gun ship. (pilot, and the 3 gunners) These triggers still needs testing, but it does work. http://www.mediafire.com/?yydzemqizzh The down load includes the original "AC-130U Spooky II gunship". A "AC-130U Spooky II gunship" folder structured for a mod launcher. And a test mission with all the triggers.

  4. Does any one know if Rommel s RMM Reducer will be effected by AI respawning? Looked for his thread, but did not find it...
  5. Previous post, start topic; Col, can't wait to see it! But one problem, I'm one of those guys that has web client issues (the internet page says DNS look up error every time using Six Updater - GUI). So I followed the lazy method to the "T" This method worked for me before the @ACE_SM, and @ACE_PLA came out. But now the Six Updater console opens for a second says something on the top of the window, but it closes to fast to read. From some\(little) DOS experience I've had, it's usually something wrong with a command line, but I don't know. Did alot of reading trying to figure it out, but all I could find is the Lazy method, and "" Or if you prefer the console: (Requires six-updater.yml configuration file, either from 'lazy method', or after once web-client, main, "execute" or "save" Without Autoskip) "" . Says their the lazy method works with out the web-client, worked before. I followed it to the exact instructions, and used the six-updater.yml supplied on the page for Arma Vanilla. Any else one try the lazy method? Or can help please! Can't get in multiplayer Ace2 with out it, and that would be very bad for me! One other thing, the old Six Updater, was replaced with the current 0.4.4.....The old one worked fine. Could some one get it to me? That may worked, or some thing over looked in the new updater for web client issues? And I noticed the new "" Default location: C:\users\{username}\appdata\roaming\Six-Updater the .yml "" that the six-updater.yml, and latest Milestone release (".7zipped modfolders") go in to so thats not it.. The only thing I can think of is, I did not delete the old appdata\roaming\Six-Updater folder from the previous updater. I think the new updater installer would over write anything in their> Also found this in my reading "" Console¶ (Only works properly after once web-client, main, "execute" or "save" Without Autoskip) "" Six-updater 0.4.4\0.4.5 Is forcing run web-client, results of look up error. What happened to the options? option 2. Run upater, not web-client. The Lazy method is the only option that worked for having web-client issues. And now not possable! How do you make a screen shot of your monitor? Attaching log file/Bugz. Old Six Updater was better with options. "" Console¶ (Only works properly after once web-client, main, "execute" or "save" Without Autoskip) "" I THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP, can not do multiplayer with squad with out this. Legacy did not work, that was a blank or empty text document named legacy.txt Man the old one was fine, worked well if having web client issues! I've been advised by friends to use AddonSync2009 http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=8219

  7. Cool.... Taxman. just didn't want anything wrong with your dedicated.
  8. It keep me from getting in to multiplayer servers. This worked for me; ok what i'm finding to work is (on a fresh install) when it gives an error, before hitting the retry button. i go to the disk find the .bpo it's giving the error on, and over write the .bpo file installed on the computer with the .pbo from the dick. and then the patch installer can get past the error. i had to do that for every error message. ONLY OVER WRITE THE .PBO IN THE ERROR MESSAGE. YOU WOULDN'T WANT TO OVER WRITE ANY THING INSTALLED BY THE PATCH BEFOR THE ERROR. sometimes i had to overwrite the .pbo twice. if the .pbo is in a compressed zip open it and drag it out of thier to your arma install location, this took along time! sorry i don't have the steam or direct drive version so i don't know about that, but couldn't it be done in the same manner?
  9. Can you reinstall the game to start over, and then the patch? You put it on a new disk, ... What for? Was it the steam version? 10. I had done that with 1.04 and I couldn't get in to multi player servers. So I had to rerun the patch correctly. But I could get in the servers that people had hit ignore on. The games have to match I think. Just curious did your server have the patch installed in the same manner, by ignoring error? trying to under stand the errors, or what going on with those patches.

  13. Try ed that, just a CRC file check error something not matching when installing. Yes the game will work fine, but try getting in to a multilayer game. Their servers will not let you in cause their game doesn't match yours!
