We are running a hosted server with full FTP and TCAmin access. But no matter what I do I cant connect is there a way to get help with this please.

IS there a guide anywhere on how to set this up please. We have a hosted serer which i have access to via TCAdmin however Im stuck on how to set it up. Thanks in advance

**UPDATE** I have just Removed the battle eye client from our servers installation totally....removed all DLLs and anything battle eye related also the same on my installation on my own rig yet as soon as i try to connect i get kicked from the server back to the mission lobby.

We can conect to the server, read the mission, but as soon as we hit continue on the map screen we get kicked back to the server list lobby.

so in the meantime we are paying to rent dedicated servers that we cant get on and play.....thats a bit like paying for a taxi and walk by the side of it as it drives to your destination.

any idea how much longer this is going to go on for......not only did we have to wait longer for the patch to come out over steam but now we still cant play. Ive tried to set our server to run with out battleye installed but even that wont work..

same here every member that has OA on steam cant connect to ANY servers at all. I have completly reinstalled all our servers again to no avail.....this is damned annoying...not only are steam 3 or 4 days behind in the patch but they borked it big style.

ive even tried to disable battleye on our dedi box ( set it to read //BattlEye=0; //Server to use BattlEye system in the config ) but still cant join a game. Well i can get on the server choose a slot and start but as soon as it gets to the map screen and i select contine it crashes me ( and other stem users ) back to the map screen. no matter what is done not one of our community on steam can play....this is ridiculous patchs are meant to fix things not break them.....or is this a ploy to get all steam users to go out and but a fresh retail copy of the game.....

Ive done what is listed there but i had to create a shortcut on the dedi box desktop and add the -config=server.cfg command to the shortcut to get it to read the config file.....but i cant see any of the standard ArmA 2 maps ie chenarus isn't there just the OA maps

i have tried this in many different vairations on our dedicated server and it will not work at all. There is no application data / profiles / BEpath folder any where the only battleye folders are actually in the game installs. Ive tried everything but nothing works surely someone has come up with some other easier way?? theres got to be a tool that will enable us to rcon operation arrowhead with out giving us mightmares trying to install it ---------- Post added at 06:21 PM ---------- Previous post was at 06:05 PM ---------- Ive just tried all that and i still cant connect to our dedi cated servers operation arrowhead install

the worse thing is in this patch is my frame rates have pummeted to under 10FPS

so basically I would have to buy this twice....once for the server so all members and guests can play in full not lite and also for my own installation?? thats a rip

where can i get the DLC for a dedicated server so in the server list its not showing as British Armed Forces LITE??
