wav2lip and OFP SoundLab problems

Hi, I have tried creating a lip file on both programs unsuccessfully. In wav2lip, I drag my 16-bit .wav file to wav2lip ( and yes it is in a folder with the same name), but nothing happens. When I try OFP SoundLab, and I choose the option WAV to OGG/LIP, it only creates the .ogg file. I never ask for "lip" service, but I could use some now! -
I am looking for info on editing suits, i.e. I need a prisoner with an orange jumpsuit. and I also need prisons.

Okay, I have never used O2. But does anybody know if prisoners in orange jumpsuits exists, or how to change appearance of an existing unit to that orange jumpsuit? Also, does anybody have any custom prisons built they would like to share? Thanks... -
