Lol.. Yes you can set the percentage of head bob or set it all the way down to eliminate it altogether. It is in the game options menu,also you will find the option for the blood settings,high,low or disabled. I do like a small amount of head bob just because it somewhat adds a little excitement and realism to the game,however the default setting is a bit to much.I cut it down just enough to feel like im in the hectic world of battle.
