it says theres something wrong with my OpenAL.dll

LoL, Sorry just irritated. Yea I restarted steam and my computer, No dice

So I DL'd the game on Steam and its 100% ready to launch. I try to launch it. It tells me its preparing to launch and then nothing happens.
