whenever i join a server its says i am a arma 2 standalone user. and it also says @cba_a2 mod folder not loaded please restart and add this folder.i dont get kicked from the server it just lets me carry on. was wondering if it says this for everyone or is there anything i need to do? thanks for help.

.the better the card the more attention to detail you will get. and you will get nicer smoother edges with a better card. he not talking about performance he just saying will it look much better with a nicer card.

thanks, i thought it may have been when looking down your sight you have lines that determine the distance of your enemy, thought two click may have been 2 lines down from the default centre of the sight.

hi. does anyone know how to make xfire work in game with operation arrowhead, i notice on lots of people profiles in x fire they have recorded videos using x fire. when i load my game up it shows i am playing operation arrohead, but dont seem to do nothing in game.

put a big bore exhaust on. or try holding shift

when you are about to start a main target it tells you in bottom saying next objective is garmsar , and also i get a a radio voice but sounds like its in slow motion and cant understand it. is the radio actually supposed to tell you next town is garsmar. same with side missions all i hear is a muffled message thats not clear.

zero head bob for me. also when your soldier starts to pant and breathe hard makes me feel like i cant breathe aswell, wish i could disable that

what psu do you have. i used to have a enermax 600 watt,i used to freeze all the time in arma, since i bought a new psu i aint had a single freeze, all my other components were good and up to date was just the psu. but not saying its your psu it was just my issue why i was crashing. i play a whole host of games, bf series,cod series,racing games,and the only game to freeze was arma. guess arma uses a lot of power to run.

yeah thats it or just delete it then add new one in.also find a server which isnt running battleye, if you manage to stay in, you know its a battleye problem if you still get kicked then its a firewall problem

are you just dropping the battle eye file straight into arma files or are you putting the battleye file in a folder called BattlEye first then into arma ? ps portforwarding .com will have all the info for you about ports

its because you dont have battle eye installed. download the arma 2 be client for windows, you need to make a folder named BattlEye (copy and paste this one) and drop it into your arma main folder. also lots of servers are using a ca mod. and ace mod hope this helps ps says 1.07 is available for everyone . http://www.battleye.com/ forgot the link sorry

hi yeah found out i was missing battle eye.so that was a problem. also downloaded ace mod as now and cba seems to help join a few more servers.

hi i stopped playing arma 2 for about 6 months, and when i reinstalled the game and added the the 1.00 to 1.07 patch,now when my game loads up it says 1.07 patch is available. and also i cant join hardly any other servers due to it saying im using mods of some sort. i dont have no mods installed. all help will be great thanks. ps i just have arma2 which is a dvd copy. not ao or downloaded via sproket.

what is going on with arma2 i cant seem to join hardly any servers. either says this relys on downloable content, or says about some mando hitch. or as your receiving mission data it flashes and drops you back to the server list with explanation?? i dont use any mods or addons i have a dvd copy bought. and i used 1.00 to 1.07 patch.

thanks for the help, i have no mods or addons installed, just recently installed arma2 from scratch. joining some servers also says mando hitch does not support serialization or something and throws you out to the main multiplayer servers screen. and also joining some servers just before you enter the server it just throws you out with out any warning, once im in a server i dont get no problems and have no problems joining servers on other games.

i have changed to my old keyboard, and arma2 just crashed.sounded logical but was too good to be true,thanks for the help

hi guys i was wondering how many of you have a high spec pc but still experiance arma2 crashing to desktop,i have a logitech g15 keyboard which is usb (how many of you have usb keyboard or g15 and experiance crashes?) just by chance i loaded arma up and noticed my keyboard needed a clean,so as i was pressing all the buttons while i was cleaning it with a cloth i noticed it crashed to the desktop.its never crashed that fast before. so it always seems to crash while im pressing lots of buttons mainly while i was in the air searching for targets changeing views and weapons etc. so i dug out my old style connection keyboard with the purple ps connection, and i played a whole night tonight without any problems not 1 crash.i will run the test a bit longer hopefully its not just luck that i didnt have a crash. so basically does anyone have problems who are using a usb keyboard or just maybe a g15 keyboard let me know.

simply right clicking before you shoot will remove the action menu . or pressing the delete above the enter will also remove it,

you need to update your sound device to the latest drivers, this should cure your problem good luck
