Dark Spectre - we are having the same exact issue as you are, we realized the duplicate IP was going when you posted your first screens. We are using Jestservers for the USSOCOM group and are getting the same error as you. I updated our long running ALiVE ticket to point them to this page in the thread, hopefully they can rectify the situation as they said they had already. Tupolov nailed it :P
