Just recently got Arma 2 and its a bloody awesome game - way better then Arma 1 and OP. Flashpoint. So i'm very patient when the AI does something stupid or just totally bizzare and not work totally at all. Normally i've gotten around it - just means the missions are that bit harder or something glitched and all i gotta do is start again.
The problem that I have got is that my three permanent AI (the sniper, hvy machine gunner and the medic) is that when the mission starts - they dont move... literally. They respond to all radio commands verbally but they just stand there. It started with the mission where you take control of the CDF (or the NAPA) when you have to take those three or four cities.
I thought it was because i had them on "hold fire" throughout the entire previous mission where your is supposed to sneak by the Russians and Chedakis and join either the CDF or NAPA (which reminds me of one of the first missions in Op. Flashpoint). So i replayed the mission and let them AI have thier fun but alas i still get the same result.
I'm not a total whiz at computers but a few tips on how to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated. :)
