Excellent idea, something that BIS should have implemented themselves really. When you release this it will be an fantastic tool for mission makers. Keep up the good work!

Excellent pack! The usual top notch quality! Congrats!

I'm having an issue with the MRCO, the zoomed in reticle looks nothing like the unzoomed reticle, i am seeing the same reticle as it is on the HAMR. Is that supposed to be like that or is that a bug?
-
I voted it up, it's sad to see such an important issue isn't even assigned.
-
Hello. I'm not sure if you are aware, but your extended config is conflicting with the scopes BIS introduced in yesterday's dev build patch, making it impossible to mount them on any of the weapons. Keep up the good work! :)

Truer words have rarely been spoken. Amen.

1. I would like to point out that the people who opted into the Alpha and Beta phases were doing it willingly and I'm sure they took into consideration the risks that come with a game that is still WIP and which was delayed, such as the removal of features or game content. This is pretty much the same excuse EA gave people when they axed SimCity to hell. Look at where it is now and where that leaves EA. Worst Company in America trophy, 2 years running.

Is there a translated to english version of the interview that sparked all this available somewhere?

That's not the point. In the Arma 3 development cycle, there has been so much backtracking on promises that were made and now there is another, pretty vital one to add onto that pile so close to the release date.Imagine these scenarios:
- You find out through a media video that there is going to be no MP on the release day in the final version because the netcode sucks and they want to improve it, someone comes on the forums and says "It's ok! Everyone who has the game will get FREE MP shortly after release!"
- You find out through a media video that there is going to be no mission editor on the release day because there is something wrong with it, then someone comes on the forums and says "It's ok! Everyone who has the game will get FREE mission editor shortly after release!"
First scenario has already happened to BI with Carrier Command, and the MP isn't out even, what, almost a year after it's been released? Is that shortly? Sure it's not the same people behind two projects.
To show how funny this is, I'm going to compare it to the shittiest excuse for a game which is WarZ, that was pulled from Steam when Valve realized that things that were advertised were not in the game that was marked as "finished" and refunds were given to whoever wanted them. This is the same stance I expect Valve to take for every title that does that, and I'm disappointed that BI has decided to go down that path. Luckily BI might be able to dodge this because they aren't exactly saying what's going to be in the final game.
Thank you Sniperwolf572, i was thinking the exact same thing, about WarZ and and Carrier Command. I wonder if Steam is going to offer refunds as they did with WarZ.

Just finished testing them, they are excellent, fantastic work! Congrats to everyone involved for one of the best (if not THE best) weapons pack so far in ArmA 3!

Hello everyone. I've been wondering what happened to flash suppressors. They were an announced feature for ArmA 3, as shown here: http://www.zing.cz/images/thumbnails/bigthumb/8dd520a6-43914.jpg, and there was even a video dev video last year where they were shown briefly. However they weren't introduced in the Alpha and didn't yet make it to the Beta either. I asked on the Bug Tracker about them, if they were cut from the game or were still WIP, but a mod's response was this: "They should be in. If not, flash suppressors have already been requested."
So i would like to know if anyone could tell me where i can find them, since they "should be in".

Excellent work dude! They look awesome!

I don't know if anyone else has reported it, apologies if they did, but while everything worked fine on ArmA 2, when i launch it for ArmA 3 the difficulty settings don't seem to work. It might be me doing something wrong, or it might simply be that the difficulty settings aren't compatible. Anyways, just thought i'd let you know.

I believe the ETA is, as always with community made addons, "when it's done".

I just wanted to say thank you very much for your tool, it is awesome and it spared me a big headache! Keep up the good work and i'm looking forward to it's ArmA 3 version.

I was having the same problem as cabby77, but now the download page just refuses to load...

Hello everyone. I am an experienced player looking for a squad in the GMT timezone or something nearby. I am looking for a realism group but not too obsessed with tactics and bureaucracy. I have plenty of experience in Arma, i've been playing since OFP, then Arma 1, and Arma 2 since launch. I have been in pretty much every role in the game, except sniper, and i am pretty solid with tactics. I also have a military background, 7 years in the infantry.

It worked! Thanks a lot for the help Robalo :)

I'm having a small issue with ammo for the 417. When i add this magazine RH_20Rnd_762x51_hk417 into an ammo crate it turns it into 20 rnd. 417 mag. (118LR) which will not load into the weapon for some reason. However if i add it onto a unit's inventory it keeps it as 20 rnd. 417 mag. which work fine. I am running ACE, ACEX and Robalo's ACE configs. Can someone help me out?

Good work on your mod, i sounds very promissing :)

I'm having a problem. I've downloaded the latest beta and the latest version of jayarma2lib but when i launch the game it says that jayarma2lib doesn't support this version of the game.

Looking forward to the new version! Keep up the good work :)

Will there be an update today?

Task Force Arrowhead Radio
in ARMA 3 - ADDONS & MODS: COMPLETE
Posted
We were just testing this and we think this mod is very good in it's current state, the only thing that needs to be sorted out is being able to talk over someone else on the same radio channel. Other than that it is very impressive and we are probably going to start to use this over ACRE.
