    Nuke

    Howzit Guys! :) Yeah ive checked the Nuke in Ace 2 Was Also Awesome :) but im thinking the exact one in the EW campaign, the effects and things flow really nicely, havnt tried GITS or Gigans Standalone mod or the LK Nuclear bomb, but will give it a shot :) but im thinking nuke in Vanilla Arma 2, just wanted to bring it about for discussion and maybe an implementation into Warfare or something :}

    Just started with the EW campaign AWesome So far, but cant get over the awesomeness of the nuke, Wouldnt it be awesome to have it available in the next patch as a stock armament, maybe on a plane with a different loadout or something, or maybe an addition to Warfare too, as a really expensive thing maybe 50.000 or something, Wouldnt know in balance terms, but would be a fast way to ending a game if you can get it on the enemies base once found, or completely annihilate a town, rendering it useless, The NUclear winter thing is also damn amazing @_@ Would suck to just have it as a perk of playing the begining of EW and leaving it at that :( What does everyone else think:?
  4. I have another Problem with the First AId Module, tried creating a coop mission with respawn, and it seems if I die in someway while in agony and respawn the ai completely ignore me, Finally figured it out after taking out First Aid Simulation module, Frustrating Hope it gets fixed

Hi From what ive read noone has figured out how to continue the SOM even if you die and respawn, Just a basic mission I wanna create where I can play coop with some friends and do secops and if we die respawn and continue, but always halts. I thought the solution was the 2nd post on page 12, tried putting the code in but nothing happens, and there surely has to be more simple code to continue it after respawn? Any new findings on how to solve this?

    Yeah I would also like to know those exact same things was Awesome figuring out how to configure each waypoint, changing their group type, assigning move, patrol and capture missions AMAZING upgrade to Warfare, but Yeah what is the SPecial Group type and how do you get an Air Group type? so they buy Helis or Jets, and how does the support thing work? And also when sending Money via "team" as commander should send from SV to team credits not youre own money You might aswell use communications to do that like any other team leader, this way once the base is built up and SV practically becomes useless unless relocating etc. you can throw it onto youre Teams to aid them in vehicles etc. was bummed finding I was sending my own cash -_- But Warfare Just became 90% Better Near perfect!!!     Ai thread

    I did a test in the editor, placed 2 Russian Riflemen infront of me more or less 35m , I was behind them so they were unaware of me, I shot into the sky, but they clearly dont react to the shots Im firing, they only reacted when I shot the ground close to them, they should atleast be curious to the gunfire behind them,another thing I find is sometimes when I have opened fire and hid behind some sort of foilage (bush, Treeline) They have pinpoint accuracy and kill me almost instantly, Its not like they saw me running behind the cover and fired blindly into it, First shot is usually into my head

    Patch 1.05 suggestions

    Yeah 1st) as Promised in the manual, it sais "Airstrips contain a special hangar which is marked on your map. This structure enables you to attack planes." I dont see that in any warfare game??? I dont see any special hangar that enables me to have attack planes? 2) it sais structures available to be built in Warfare includes Hangar ( which sais is only available in large scale scenarios, and by airstrips) So I tried the Super Powers Scenario, and I dont see the option? 3) First Aid Tent is another promised structure, I dont see the option to build it either as commander? 4)Anti-air radar - Also promised in the manual but I dont see the option to build it in game 5)Artillery Radar - Another promised structure thats not present 6) UAV terminal - Another Promised Structure thats not present 7) Also sais Aritellery is an available option to be built? yet I still dont see it 8) It also promises in the manual you can buy vehicles unmanned etc. I only get the option to buy the vehicle manned, theres absolutely no option to buy it unmanned etc. 9)I dont know if this is with only my Pc, but it takes ages for the buying equipment/units menu to pop up sometimes, highly frustrating, sometimes have to wait for a whole minute for it to pop up or click on an option and it registers after half a minute 10) I once attacked a convoy killing quite a few, knowing there was a few I never knew about so as I advanced onwards, I was faced with quite a thick ass tree line and bushes, but my guy manages to autoreport exactly where the ai are far behind the treeline etc. was absolutely no way my guy couldve known, and as such I just had to look at my map to know exactly where they were. and I guess its the same mechanism the Ai has in order to spot me? thats why they have xray vision and can see through thick long grass or behind a similiar bush/treeline. So with this one I just stress the waaay further needed AI improvement, and that goes for every Ai issue. 11) I think make Warfare like a Skirmish option like in strategy games instead of the select few scenarios in the game or having to download community based versions of it, also for multiplayer, where you select youre side number of towns to capture, and that it auto places the 2 bases/ starting point in a radius near the towns needed to capture. 12) The First aid simulation sometimes doesnt work, not often though, im not sure if its a bug or if theres a reason why I couldnt give my squadmate first aid, sucks heavily, if there is a reason why I couldnt would be nice if it notifies you with a reason. 12) in the Secops mission when we get dropped off by the heli, sometimes all my squadmates get critically wounded from the landed, as they exit the heli, like they collide with it coming out or something, crap frustrating as I have to give them all first aid, or sometimes happens when I call in reinforcements and as im approaching the landing zone I see the reinforcements hop out only to die before I get there. 13) Another nice feature would be a mission wizard similiar to the Singleplayer scenario ones but in Multiplayer, so I could make an target mission with Ambient combat on high with civilians etc. in a few clicks and play with some friends, or even a secops one. 14) Maybe the option of having the choice of First Aid simulation in Warfare. ---------- Post added at 02:56 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:55 PM ---------- Also the AKM doesnt have the pointed firing tip for less recoil :D hahahaha

ALright where to begin :) First of All my Most Favourite thing of Arma2 is the dynamic capabilities of it, now basically all Im suggesting/getting okes to fanticize over, is maybe some sortof of dynamic easteregg, mod/addon thing, haha, if you feel like fun maybe turn it on, and theres a rare chance you would maybe see a ufo, or a ufo coming to attack you, or maybe some sortof cryptid, or even a ghost :D hahaa Heck knows, theres a world of possiblity, as long as they super rare, so yeah... Just a thought to get minds imagining and such another thing Is I know How bladdy common and typical a Zombi mod for games are, but Arma 2 + Realism, real squad tactics, 220km world, Dynamic spawning, massive amount of AI onscreen, Bladdy Awesome Sound Engine = Probably the Best Zombie Mod thatll ever be :) , Imagine something like it randomly generates a destination mission everytime, having to travel distances up to youre choice from 5km onwards, and it randomly spawns, single and big groups of fast screaming zombies around the player squad, Imagine at night travelling in some open field, hearing this howling coming from the forest and you focus in seeing a swarm of movement coming out the forest towards you :D All to get everyone dreaming thats all this post is about :) enjoy!
