  1. I bought BAF off sprocketidea.com earlier last year. I attempted to install the game after I had upgraded my PC and reinstalled Windows but the installer will not run correctly. It extracts the installation files to my temp folder fine and then opens a window with the BAF image and says loading. It is then meant to open anther window asking for my serial key but instead the program turns itself off. I have tried to run in compatibility mode and ran it as administrator, I have also disabled then un-installed my anti-virus in case and I have also re-downloaded the installer twice but have not had any luck. I am running Windows Ultimate x64 (my laptop is running the same windows and runs the installation fine but is not actually powerful enough to run the game). I have had BAF installed previously on my current system and it installed and ran with no problems. As far as i can tell there should be nothing different on the system that would cause this problem. the hardware is: AMD FX 4100 quad 3.60GHz processor 4GB ram Asus HD 6770 graphics would really appreciate any help on this problem. FIXED: Ive managed to now fix my problem(ish) and the dlc is now working. I installed BAF onto my laptop and copied the files from the installation and the registry entry using regedit onto my PC.
  2. Hi. ive been trying to make a script that will allow me to call in a AI controlled chopper which will pick my character up then move to a point where ever i click on the map. very similar to the transport support one that is already in arma (i like creating my own stuff rather than use pre made ones). the problem im having though is when the AI lands. for some reason it keeps slamming the helicopter into the ground and damaging the engine and making it unflyable. when i use the land action in the map editor the AI lands fine but when it run from a script file it lands to fast. thanks for any help
