ok so what page in the manual tells me how to get them to refuel

hi playing the badlands mission and have bought a couple of vehicles into my squad. They are now running out of fuel how do I get them to refuel

I am presently at badlands in the campaign when I try to switch to a teammate via the "t" button nothing happens. I used it before with no problem but that was version 1.2 has anything changed regarding switching to a teammate in version 1.3.
