plz help me...

I made a downgrade from vista to xp, then an upgrade from xp to vista, now i can't play arma in multiplayer cause every 5 minutes i get a message "receving....." the screnn go blank, i can hear sound from game but i can0t see nothing... After the downgrade and the upgrade Arma go slowly and with a bad resolution. My pc: intel core 2 quad q 6600 2.40 ghz 4 gb ram (system recognize 3.32gb ram) motherboard asustek barkley for HP Monitor Hp 20'' Gfx ASUS EAH4890 res: 1600*900 (Hp PAvillion elite m9090 with asus EAH4890)

Hi all, i've got a big problem with arma 2 after a downgrade from Vista to XP. Every time i lunch the game (after 2 new installation) the computer crash and reboot. I don't know why but i haven't the folder document/...../Arma2/ Arma2.cfg I0m going crazy, please help me, what can i do? P.s. in Win Vista (in the same pc) i play the game without problems...
